INFO
I’m a communication designer in Melbourne interested in exploration of ideas through design and communication of meaning, engagement with the world. I practice experience design, illustration, and publication design guided frequently by a participatory and process-led approach. I’m also specifically interested in how design can create connections between creator and audience with thoughtful visual storytelling.
Inspired by my upbringing and my continuing interest in film, I’m curious about how people live across different cultural and social contexts. This perspective shapes my approach to design, which often involves research, observation, and iterative making. And I view design not only as a discipline but also as a way of understanding and engaging with diverse perspectives. Through my work, I hope to reveal overlooked perspectives and make complex ideas more accessible and tangible. I value a reflective process, where depth and sensitivity are prioritised alongside clear communication.
Design, for me, is also a collaborative practice. I appreciate listening, dialogue, and co-creation, and am willing to question my own assumptions. Through this approach, I aim to create work that communicates clearly, resonates with audiences, and invites participation and interpretation.
